New Water Park At San Diego Administration

New Water Park At San Diego Administration

The San Diego Administration Center is not only real estate recordings, online weddings and county records.  It is also an amazing water park.  San Diego has fantastic parks all over the county.  This one more than keeps up with the Jones'.

There are wide slides that look like rolling blue waves.  The water showers are at level that Las Vegas would respect them.  There are climbing structures suitable to Navy Seals and future acrobats.  My favorites were the surf board and the big swing.  The big swing is a combination of a mammoth Frisbee and a teeter totter.  My boys loved it and had to be reminded not to hog it.

There are also ample rest rooms.  A Mother of two girls that lives in La Mesa has impressed with the size of the ladies' room.  There is space to change clothes in the rest room which was a hit with parents. The combination of the water showers and the rest rooms was a concern for another Mother from Lemon Grove.  She plans to bring her children to the park provided it does not become a haven for the homeless. That has been an issue at some urban San Diego parks.  She is hopeful there will be security.

David Andaleon, an Investor in downtown San Diego condos, was thrilled with how promising this park is for his investments.  He also said, "This park will be great for our cruise ship visitors."  Boy, he is right about that.  Each cruise ship brings in approximately $4M daily in receipts.   This does not include cash expenditures.

The new water park is a wonderful addition to downtown San Diego for both visitors and locals.  This summer when the music in the park series kicks off, I'd love to hear music there.  The sound of music and water in the background and children's happy voices in the foreground is my San Diego.
